We respectfully request that emergency services and initial appointments be paid for at the time of treatment. If you have insurance, please be prepared to pay your deductible amount and/or co-pay for that day’s treatment. Financial arrangements can be made for any future work that may be necessary.

Our office is happy to extend the courtesy of billing your dental insurance company for you. We only ask that you provide us with the proper insurance information so that we may receive prompt payment for your treatment. Insurance information can usually be obtained from your employer and insurance plan booklet.

For your convenience, we have assembled a number of payment options to help you with the cost of your dental treatment. Our staff will provide you with an estimate of these costs at the time of your first appointment and assist you in selecting the plan that best suits your needs. Please note that we happily accept major credit cards in most of our payment arrangements.

For patients with treatment plans over $200, six to twelve month financing may be available at no interest from Care Credit  (O.A.C.). Excellent credit is required and the entire course of treatment should not exceed 2 months. Ask our front office staff for details.
